Among its notable functionalities is the ability to annotate reports with text, emoticons, or graphics, which allows users to highlight key insights and share them easily via email, text, or other collaboration tools. Coupled with the capability to set up data alerts on dashboards, users are immediately notified when specific data thresholds are exceeded, eliminating the need for incessant monitoring. The introduction of the ‘Interaction’ feature in April 2022 marked a significant update, further improving user engagement with reports. This feature enables users to interact with visuals more intuitively, making the data exploration process seamless and efficient. Users can now engage with visuals with a simple tap, fix or hide the report footer for a cleaner view, and add a refresh button for real-time data updates. Additionally, the update brought in two new types of push notifications: goal assignment notifications, which inform users about new objectives, and note mention notifications, which alert users when they are mentioned in a note.
